Enter into this ground floor condominium into the inviting "beachy" foyer. On the left is the first guest room with full size bed and private doors out onto the porch. Further down the hall you enter the living and dining area complete with open kitchen all overlooking a wooded marsh area.

On the other side of the condo, a master bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite bath are located on the backside of the condo overlooking the marsh as well. An additional third guest bedroom holds two twin size beds that can easily be pushed together to accomodate a couple.

A private screened porch enables you to enjoy the sounds and views of nature.

A community pool is located right outside your door and around the corner. The Atlantic Ocean is just a few steps away as well as The Lodge and Club of Ponte Vedra.
