Sawgrass country club is a world renowned golf resort destination. It is also happily on one of the nicest beaches in all of Florida. Past the gates and round the bends you reach Tifton Cove which is a group of condominiums situated on the golf course and amongst the marshes lagoons.

Inside this great home you will find two guest rooms in the back of the unit facing west. The first is equipped with a queen sized bed. The second room is equipped with a smaller full-sized bed and a desk. These two guestrooms share a very nice bathroom complete with bathtub and shower. Both guest rooms have large closets and are painted and decorated in a bright and cheery fashion.

Down a short hallway to the kitchen you will find everything you will need for a short or long stay. The kitchen is equipped with every appliance needed for a cooking a small meal or for a large celebration. There is a bar which seats two in the kitchen which is a perfect spot for a drink before dinner or a breakfast spot. The kitchen looks out over the living and dining areas. The metal and glass heavy dining table sits four and has views over a peaceful lagoon.

The living room has a large “L” shaped couch situated to take in the view of the lagoon and the Marsh or watch a movie on the TV with DVD player. The home also has wireless internet so this is an idyllic spot to do some work on the web.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a nice view over the lagoon. The master bathroom is an elegant and relaxing area with a double vanity, a whirlpool tub and a walk in shower. From the living area there is a patio which seats four and has a peaceful view over the lagoon and Guana nature preserve behind it teaming with wildlife.

The sun rises over the marsh every morning and this patio is a perfect spot to begin your day. This home guarantees a location close to the beach and all its activities but private enough to feel secluded.

Ponte Vedra is an area rich in resort history and full of natural splendor. Travelers come from all over the world to walk the miles of unspoiled beaches and be surrounded by the tremendous wealth and opulence the areas success has provided. Beautiful homes dot the coast line making for some beautiful views over the water or over the land. The Ponte Vedra lagoon system which winds through the Ponte Vedra Inn & Clubs golf courses is considered the beginning of the water shed that runs through a 44,000 acre estuarine preserve.

Several nature centers are located in the preserve and provide great locations for kayaking tours, bird watching, hiking and some amazing opportunities to get to know the real natural aspects of Florida.

The area of Ponte Vedra also has plenty of restaurants both fine and causal. There are fine dining establishments like Ruths’ Chris and the Augustine Grille along with casual spots like Barbara Jeans on the intracoastal and Pussers Caribbean grille.

There is shopping as well in several shopping centers and lots of other activities within a short drive to keep any family busy when the beach is not enough.

St Augustine is a short drive south for even more opportunities for entertainment, fishing, dining, historic tours and even helicopter rides are all waiting for our guest in our tourist attraction to the south.
